Recently I saw a magazine stating "Five Fixes That’ll Make Him Want You.” Reluctantly I turned to the article and was mortified. First of all, according to the article, if you are not 5'10, 105 pounds, and extremely tan there is no hope for you in finding anyone who would want to spend the rest of their life with you. Let me let you in on a little secret, its not YOUR job to make him want you. God's plan for you goes far beyond wearing sexy clothes and bringing him a beer. Any relationship you gain from this will be as shallow as you have become. God's plan for you hopefully will have a young gentleman who loves you just the way you are, because he prayerfully sought after you, loves you for all of your qualities, doesn't care if you wear or don't wear makeup, and loves you in t-shirts as much as he loves you in your Sunday's best. And if God's plan for you doesn't include a young man thats ok too! The Bible says you are worth more than rubies! Be yourself!
You can tell a young lady a million times that she is beautiful, stunning, and drop dead gorgeous, but she will always remember that one time someone called her ugly. It pains me to see a girl's personality get lost in a face full of makeup. Embrace who you are! I firmly believe no one on this Earth is "ugly". Everything God creates exhalts beauty and creativity. Don't get lost searching to make your outer appearance look like something on the cover of GQ magazine. Look to make your personality one to make your daddy in Heaven proud. Build others up, be joyous, and always wear a smile. Don't be someone you're not. Don't try to cover up who you are. Be exactly the person God intended you to be. Love God, love others, and love yourself.
